" As such, we are not only building the most luxurious address in the city but also one of the safest and best designed high-rise structures in the country," boasts Joey Santos, Senior Vice President and Real Estate Division General Manager of Ortigas and Co.
To realize this plan, the company teamed up with DM Consunji, Inc. (DMCI), one of the country's leading construction companies.
"We want to deliver the best residential address at the soonest time possible. From the short list provided to us, it was DMCI that really got us so excited -- they have the technology and the track record that would enable us to deliver one of the most advanced, safest, and best appointed residential condominium units to our buyers," informed Santos.
According to Jorge Consunji, DMCI president, his firm will implement the buckling-restrained braces (BRB) system for the structure of Viridian, a leading edge structural system already deployed in advanced countries like the United States.
".... a cutting-edge technology that has been tested to significantly reduce sway to acceptable comfort levels..." described Consunji
